About the Event


This 2-hour workshop, grounded in CBT and trauma-informed psychoeducation, helps participants manage mental overload through cognitive tools and nervous system regulation strategies.


Participants will learn:

• Brain Dump Worksheets to externalize thoughts and reduce rumination

• Eisenhower Matrix for prioritization and decision-making

• CBT Thought Reframing to challenge negative thinking

• Nervous System Reset techniques (breathing & grounding)

• BioDot Skin Thermometer as a visual biofeedback tool to understand the connection between stress, emotions, and physiological arousal


Using the BioDot Skin Thermometer, participants observe changes in skin temperature related to stress activation, improving awareness of emotional regulation and coping skills.


This program is suitable for students, professionals, parents, and high-stress occupations such as police personnel.


Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

1. Identify sources of mental clutter.

2. Understand mind-body stress responses.

3. Organize priorities effectively.

4. Restructure negative thoughts.

5. Develop a 7-day mental clarity plan.
